FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. But I also offer packages. The more often I see you, the less money you will pay. I would rather see you more often so you do not develop bad habits, than to see you once a month!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I usually like to see what the student knows first. I believe there is more than one way to do everything you do, so I adapt to whatever technique feels best for the athlete. I spend a lot of time on getting to know the athlete's mind as well. Everyone says softball is 90% mental and 10% physical, but nobody takes the time to question their goals and aspirations. I like to know as much about my students as possible to teach them the most effective way based on their personality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching lessons privately for 10 years. In the lasts 4 years, I worked for indoor facilities, trained college students, and club teams. I have attended clinics and ran clinics. You are never done learning and enjoy going to games and camps to learn as much as I can about all different techniques, and combine them with my own beliefs.
