I had Tommy bulid a fence in my back yard, my current one was falling over and rotted, it's perfect and now i have some privacy from my neighbors. He also built me a shorter (very cute) little fence with a gate around my backyard patio. It's perfect when i have company with dogs, we can let them run and play and keep the gate locked where eveyone can relax without the dogs jumping on them. Both jobs he finished in a day, turned out beautiful, as he has an eye for detail, and also suggested several other great ideas for other things that i discussed with him about my backyard. I've hired Tommy for several jobs around the house and will definitely hire him again next time I have a home project.

I've used Ace All for several different jobs. Tree Trimming, Yard Work/care, custom fence work, custom fire pit. And currently Tommy is building me a custom outdoor kitchen in my back yard. All of his work is great, he pays much attention to detail. All the jobs I've had him do for me, he is always very thorough, works efficiently, and I was always more then pleased with the work! Will definitely Hire him again! (FYI, I put in a previous review, under Lisa B & did not realize I had to select a star for rating, hence the 2 stars, I did it on my phone so I guess I didn't see that part). The website will not let me edit it, so I'm writing a new review to give the fair star rating! hope it works.

A bid is usually standard. But if a customer would rather pay hourly thats fine to. A set price or an hourly quote depends on the project and the time needed to complete the job the right way the first time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussions the task at hand, meeting and agreeing on any specific things the customer requests. Talk for a few get to know the customer and make sure no stones are unturned..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years in all construction trades, ive been lucky to listen and learn from the best ot the best in so many different trades.
