Hi Holly, When on-boarding new clients we like to ensure that each individual person has our utmost attention - this helps ensure their money is being spent as efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, given your needs and a sudden spike in new clients, we did not feel comfortable moving forward with the rough plan we discussed because we knew we would not be able to give you the results we strive to provide our clients. We did not think it would be fair to charge you for anything less than our usual standards of quality. In short, in order to provide our clients with the high-quality attention and results we offer, sometimes we must say no to jobs. I hope you find an agency that is able to assist you, and if you need any help with recommendations or have any questions, we'd be happy to assist.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is based on a model that allows us to spend hands-on time looking at the small details of our clients campaign, while also still providing justifiable returns for said clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We prefer to learn about motivates our clients before anything else. Why they started their business and how their product or service effects their customers, etc. From there, we work to design measurable campaigns around their goals and our experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?We grew up in small business homes, which meant we saw how inefficient and untrustworthy some marketing companies are. We wanted to build a business that was different than the rest in that we prove our value with trustworthy results.
