Courteous visit, well informed service. Allow time for installation, which I had no problem with--I spent a couple hours unpacking while he went about his work. I found Chris to be trustworthy, respectful, and down to earth friendly. 'Especially appreciate he made triple sure I understood how to work the system thru hands on demonstration. The product, and its monthly cost, sells itself (I think) but to have personable service to get it up and running ups my review score. He even took into consideration I have pet birds who can be sensitive to siren like noises. For safety sakes, I'm glad I have this product to rely on (vs other like items), and with assurance, I recommend this company.
