- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount if your project can be accomplished during normal weekday business hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I figure out what goals the client desires. This includes learning about the end product that they desire and how they intend to use it. Will it be posted to social media? Will it air on TV? What is the message you want your audience to receive? Once I have sufficiently understood your goals, I will run a few concepts by you and also offer my suggestions given the information that I know. When I have clarity about the direction that should be taken, I will work to quickly deploy a polished product that meets your specifications. I am an incredibly fast worker and will be able to make a few iterations depending on the scope of the job. I've done this over 200 times and know how to deliver. I look forward to working with you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent a year as the Creative Director for the World Race where I led a team of 5 videographers. We made everything from corporate commercials to comedic shorts to dramatic short films. Now I freelance and am often asked to produce entire videos, from concept to post production.
