- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Homework is sent and upon completion a 1-2 hour initial consultation is scheduled at an hourly rate of $250 per hour. at that appointment we can create a scope of work for a flat fee based on the unique requirements of the project (we have a fee guideline that identifies a per room price)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Homework, Initial consultation, scope of work, then we go to work and like to have the project turned around in 90 days if no construction is involved and this is based on long lead time items like upholstery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When you hire Shea Studio you are getting 27 years of 5 star rated experience, creativity, product knowledge and project management accumen. I also have a team of professionals and artisans that can help me make ideas a reality. I am CQRID certified and continue ongoing coursework to keep me up to date. I embrace technology and use tools to make it easier to get my ideas across to my clients. If you have $20k to spend you risk it looking like you spent $15 and I'll make it look like you spent $40k. Same dollars, exceptional result.
