From head to toe, clients need mental toughness, postural control, core endurance, hip mobility and overall strength to prevent joint pain. That is just the surface of what I look for in clients. My training is quality, trust me.

I've been working with Allie for 6 months now and I love it! I have always been a runner but never did strength training and didn't know where to begin. I got a referral from a friend at work and it has been a great relationship ever since! The first few months she worked with a friend and me as a pair, but recently it has just been me which is nice that all of the sessions are tailored specifically for me. I find that she really listens to me when anything hurts or doesn't feel right and always accommodates our sessions. Anytime I have a question outside of a session she is very fast to respond, very flexible with schedules, and gives me homework since I only see her every other week! The homework is a very detailed email with photos or videos if it is something I'm not familiar with. We meet in the morning and her positivity really helps me wake up and work hard when all I want to do is stay in bed. I do not really enjoy working out but I love working with Allie. It has become something fun I look forward to and I think it's a great value considering she comes to me and I don't have to go to the gym (plus homework)! She's really motivating and supportive. When I started seeing real results I was so excited and when other people started noticing, I was ecstatic! I can't say enough great things about working with Allie. If I could, I would work out with her twice a week!

I am so happy to be working with Allie. I called her when I was on maternity leave and she has been amazing. She designs a new, challenging workout each week that I can do at home, using free weights, a balance ball, kettle bells, resistance bands, a bosu ball, and other tools. If you don't have these, she will loan you what you need for that week. She is diligent in making sure your form is correct so that you get the maximum benefit from each exercise and that you avoid injury. She calibrates each exercise for multiple benefits--like stabilizing yourself on the bosu ball while also doing squats. I am so much stronger than when I started and I notice it in my daily life--now I can lift my 35 pound toddler like it's nothing.
