- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. We have all heard that before, but you have to believe it in the fitness industry. You are investing time and money in your health. When it comes to hiring a personal trainer, hire one for their quality of work and experience, not for their prices! NO ONE deserves a cookie-cutter workout plan or a trainer that sits and drinks coffee while they watch you do pushups. Every client is unique and every client has their own story. Find a trainer that listens and sees you has an individual, not just another client for profit. That is why customizing fitness regimens is extremely important to me. From head to toe, clients need mental toughness, postural control, core endurance, hip mobility and overall strength to prevent joint pain. That is just the surface of what I look for in clients! My training is quality. Every session, I give 100% attention to my clients and even outside the session, I do research for each client bringing them take-home material so they can learn and become accountable on their own. Find yourself a QUALITY trainer.
