- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive fees for all services. When choosing a real estate, FEE should not be the most important factor, EXPERIENCE should be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical first step in every appraisal is to "Define the Problem" - what is the property to be appraised, for what purpose (Estate, Divorce, Pre-Listing, Tax Appeal...).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Appraisal Power is a certified residential real estate appraiser with 20 years of experience. He holds a degree from Providence College. In addition to his college degree, he takes on going continuing education, which includes courses designed to educate the appraiser on changing trends in the profession.
