Just because you work by the hour does not mean you can send the two nicest but slowest movers you have. I did not have the money to do this move as it was (thank the Lord for my credit card) but to drag it out to move two people from a three bedroom into a three bedroom to take 12 hours is ridiculous!!! Then when things are damaged to drag your feet on getting them repaired. I know the items do not belong to you so its not your priority; your priority was the money which you did not even wait 24 hours before charging my card. Mrs. Williams, I am sorry you were not pleased with your move. Your house was very full, including an extremely full garage. We did damage a washer and have repaired it for you. I am sorry it could not be done the next day, but we are not an appliance repair company and have to use one. As I am sure you know, appliance repair companies do not come out the day you call, or within even a week sometimes. Our movers are professionals and considering the size of this move, a third mover might have been beneficial, but you only wanted 2. Thanks!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes we do. Local moves start at 85.00 per hour. Long Distance moves are done by a free estimate/quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Identifying what is important to the customer and then making sure their expectations are met. For example, if a customer is worried about price, we match them with a move within their budget. Perhaps the time it takes to move the client is most important, we put together a schedule that works for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have owned 5 small businesses including the largest bus/transportation company in Wyoming. In that business, I was moving passengers. Now I am moving belongings and personal effect. The industries are quite similar.
