- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Initial 30 minute consultation (in person or via the phone) Step 2: Generate a 4 week transformational CUSTOM fitness program to be completed by the client, based on their goals and health history. Step 3: Share this program with the client through email and Google Docs, and guide them through the program with attached instructions. As well as provide instruction on how to track progress. Step 4: Conduct weekly check ins (via email or phone) to ensure client is progressing and to hold them accountable. ** If necessary, I can meet client at their gym or apartment gym and demonstrate each exercise in the program to ensure they are completing workouts correctly.
