- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, we do not have a standard price. Each situation is different. We are reasonably priced and all work provided comes with a warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each home or business we treat we do an initial inspection for insects,termites or rodent control. Then we go over the details if it is going to be a one time service, quarterly service or a monthly service if needed. And I explain to the customer what products I would be using and how it works
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the department of Agriculture in PA and NJ! I have been doing pest control since the late 80’s.
