Working with Steve one on one has made a huge difference in my overall health and physical fitness. With his coaching on nutrition and the different exercise routines I lost about 12 pounds and 2 pant sizes very quickly. I am now maintaining the weight while continuing to improve my fitness. He works you very hard and keeps you moving with very little rest so an hour is an hour! The best part about Steve is his mild demeanor. I have witnessed personal trainers that resemble drill sergeants not true with Steve. He is soft spoken and works with a smile. He watches to make sure your form is correct and that you don't hurt yourself. Don't misunderstand me he is tough and keeps you focused but not through intimidation and embarrassment. He has a great combination of skills and experience.

Group Training is Excellent with Steve Wheeler He Works Us Hard And It Has Really Paid Off. The Group Of Ladies I'm With All Liked It So Much We Signed Up For Another 6 Week Training. I Would Recommend This Training To Anyone Who Is Interested In Toning,Losing Weight and Working Hard!!!!

Steve has been a great inspiration to me. He has helped me to loose weight and inches and feel good about myself. He is very encouraging even when I feel like I can't go any further. Steve makes the small group trainings and the classes he teaches fun so you can enjoy working out. This is the longest I've stayed with any fitness plan. Thanks to Steve for doing such a great job!

I enjoy working with Steve. His workout plans may focus on upper or lower body but always incorporate full body. His workout are always a little different each time which keeps it interesting and intense. He is very good at nutrition also. At first I thought it was a little extreme, but after taking baby steps I've lost 20lbs.in 5 months. I highly recommend Steve as a trainer.

Steve is a great trainer, he is very familiar with the human anatomy, and is always asking questions to make sure nothing is getting damaged. He does pushe you to achieve your best and to get even better. He has helped me get physically ready for adventures in my life, and he is helping me right now to get ready for my right hip replacement.
