- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system that includes pricing based upon the amount of areas in your home to clean. When cleaning a home for the first time, we do charge for an initial cleaning due to initial cleanings taking almost twice the amount of time as a maintenance recurring cleaning. The initial cleaning allows us to prep your home for cleanings on a routine basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we obtain a new client we send the client a Welcome Package! After every cleaning we leave a 10 Point Quality score card. We provide an envelope and postage for the client to mail it to us. Once we receive the quality cards, we review them to ensure we're meeting the clients expectations, as well as learn and implement other areas of concern for the client and their home! We pride ourselves in providing high quality cleaning services, in which the Quality cards are a BIG help to ensure our employees are trained correctly and cleaning the areas of concern to the client! The owner and operator, Cortney Pittinaro, also performs random inspections on the homes to ensure each team of cleaners is staying on top of the cleaniness of our clients' homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We clean according to military regulations, which leaves everything spotless!
