- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My phone consultations are free. Any in-home services are 40/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: In-home consultation Identifying trouble spots and size of project. I will get a sense of the space, point out trouble areas, figure out your budget for storage, and let you know how big your project is so we’re on the same page moving forward. Don’t be discouraged: No project is to big! Step 2: Decluttering I will help you sort through your things to figure out where everything should go. We will make piles of important things, categorize them and prepare them to go somewhere. I don’t like carelessly throwing things away, so we will donate or recycle as many things as you would like in hopes that they find a new home. Step 3: Cleaning and Organizing We will figure out an organization system that suits your needs and your comfort zone. I offer many suggestions, but YOU ultimately make the call. Our goal is to organize the space so you always know exactly where your things are.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing this since I was old enough to help my mom with housework. My mom's dedication to a clean and organized home was passed on to me! As a caregiver for the past 20 years, I have helped care for my clients by making their homes more comfortable.
