Jeff is fantastic! I worked with Jeff because he underbid the big businesses like Geek Squad, but he ended up being a whole lot more.
Jeff communicated well, conveniently met me at my workplace, and went above and beyond to help me get the desired outcome.

Jeff was extremely responsive. We emailed about my issues before he came, and he resolved my malware/adware problem nicely. Provided a good explanation and recommended/installed a different security tool than I had been using. He was thorough and took the time needed to ensure all was working well again.
