My in laws had trouble with their stove not heating up correctly. The heat was very low...they could not heat up water because it took for ever. Now, it's like new. He came in the same day.

The problem was with a dryer in my rental property. I communicated that while I was hiring him, he would be dealing with my tennant. Next thing I heard was from the tennant telling me the problem was fixed and he paid. While this miscommunication is not a huge issue, I have a problem with not even being consulted before the problem was fixed. When I brought the matter to the company's attention, they told me it wasn't their problem
