Introduction: My use of dramatic lighting, interesting shadows, and tones gives my photos a unique look. Nowadays, technology makes it easier to take better photos. But the most advanced camera can't compose a photos for you. I put a great deal of effort on composing a photo and strategically using shadows to emphasis or minimize portions of a photo. Brightly lit boudoir photos are great, but I find low key lighting more interesting producing results that are more sensual and intimate. Every photo session is different. I love meeting new people and producing photos they didn't think possible. During a session, I do my best to make sure my clients feel comfortable and have great experience. If you're having fun and feel great, then so do I.

Marquez went above and beyond to make this photo shoot happen. The day of my shoot there was a major storm and there was a power outage. After driving an hr to his location, I risked my shoot getting cancelled after waiting to see if the power would come back on. Mr Marquez took it upon himself to go out in the storm to get oil to start his generator just so we could still shoot. He knew how important the shoot meant to me. This was a birthday shoot and I needed the pictures delivered within 48hrs. Mr. Marquez assisted me with posing and even used his best judgment to select the photos (I left it up to him to decide) . I highly recommend him. Prompt communication and amazing work. He’s definitely my new found photographer.

So I booked low-key light fine art photography for my daughters maternity photo shoot. Let me first start off saying that Ramiro Marquez was very professional, we talked on line and everything I asked for when he provided, after we sign the contract I realized my daughter needed more time. Ramiro was able to compensate me with a decent price for and additional 30 minutes . His professionalism from beginning to end was impeccable. I was not at the photo shoot however, my daughter and her boyfriend said he was a delight to work with . She said the photo shoot went great mine you we have not even received the pictures yet, so we are excited, but if they are anything like his customer service, work performance, we know they will be great and will post a few of them on the sight, so if you’re interested in booking low key light fine art photography do it. Ramiro waswas great, once again exceptional customer service.

Working with Marquez has been a wonderful experience, he is very professional and captures intimate moments at its perfection. My husband and I had our maternity photo session with Marquez, and those pictures really reflect the feelings we have due to our baby girl. Marquez is super flexible and rely easy to work with. My husband and I are also eager for him to take the newborn pictures of our baby daughter. I highly recommend Marquez!

All costs are upfront. No hidden fees or additional costs. Discounts are available for multiple sessions and referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first try to get a good idea of what you are looking for from your photos. Are the photos for yourself, a loved one, social media? I will make recommendations based on my experience and knowledge but ultimately, you make the call on what you want. Once the vision is in place, we'll discuss logistics. When and where the session will take place. I will also walk you through what will happen for your specific session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied photography in college and have over 20 years of experience in all types of photography.
