- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process when working with a new customer begins with a preliminary phone call to gather information about the project. Followed by a free estimate. If we are a match after those steps, it's on to scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working to serve Marylander's since 2002. We are licensed thru the Maryland Home Improvement Commission and a member of the Better Business Bureau.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a young child I worked closely with my grandfather who was a master painter and carpenter. His values of appreciation of a finished product and work ethic to finish on time have been instilled upon me.
