- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I work with new clients via email. We correspond to develop menus and event specifics. If there is a need, I will make a site visit. Once we have a plan of action, details are worked out and we agree on the final arrangements, a deposit is collected and the time slot is reserved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. I have been involved with many ongoing seminars and continuing education classes, as well as a voracious reader of trade magazines & cookbooks.
