- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide the best overall value in the area. We always strive to include as much of the scope of work on the front end as possible, working to educate and fully inform our customers on all projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspect, measure, estimate, sit down and discuss options, schedule with a contract, facilitate work laid out in contract, do a final walk through and address any questions/concerns, invoice and collect final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state of Minnesota requires continuing Education to keep our License. Our manufacturers require training to offer their warranties. We have a ton of knowledge and the learning is constant.
