Coach Chris is the right person to train anyone with baseball. When my 8 year old son was 1st interested in playing ball, my nerves where on edge because of all the stories of children getting hurt in the sport, however once a member of my church reach out to me and inform that Coach Chris will be training children in baseball I was excited but still afraid, and then Chris gave me a called, and out of everything he said to me the one thing that stuck with me is when he said "I'm a parent" he was very sensitive and serious to the fact that I was a nervous wreck and afraid of the journey my little boy was about to explore, however after our conversation and my sons 1st lessons I was totally convenience that not only is this a great sport for my son, but also that coach Chris is the perfect person to teach him, My little boy is 8 and he is learning all kinds of things about baseball, his learning everything from A-Z and he's learning on his on pace. The tuition fee us adorable and it will be worth it in the end.

I knew that Chris was going to be a great coach for me when I first signed up for a pitching lesson through CoachUp. Chris made sure that our scheduling was carefully coordinated, and he provided me with a list of expectations for our lesson. When we met for the the lesson, Chris helped work on my off-speed pitches: the change-up and slider. He was able to help me cultivate these crucial auxiliary pitches by introducing two main tips: finger pressure and arm alignment. Chris has the rare and incredibly beneficial capability to explain baseball in an intelligible and simple manner. Having played and studied the game extensively, Chris was able to answer all of my technical questions in a clear and straightforward fashion. "The hallmark of genius is the ability to simplify the complex." Chris accomplishes just this in his coaching style. Chris Waye is encouraging and effective in making a difference in one's game; even during a single hour-long session. I highly recommend scheduling a pitching (or hitting) session with Chris Waye. 10/10!

In those past 35-45 minutes of training with Chris, I've learned so many great drills and ways I can improve in baseball! As a catcher I struggled a lot with pop times and now I can gun people out at second better in the future! Thanks Chris!!

My typical training process centers on constant and meaningful repetition. My belief is 60 qulity swings are better than 100 where the last 40 swings help develop bad habbits in my hitters.
