Package pricing results in sessions falling between $28 and $32 per half hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reviewing new client's goals, medical history, exercise history, likes and dislikes, we begin to build an appropriate yet challenging workout plan. Determining how someone prefers to workout and what they might find fun is important to ensure program adherence so that they never get bored or give up!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 10 years of experience in the training field, I am extremely perceptive to how different people prefer to learn, communicate and work. My goal is to make each client's time with me, as well as their workout program, something that they will look forward to. I am an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer.
