- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on the work involved, I offer the client a flat rate so they know what they are paying.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask what the client wants to achieve, and work with them to make that happen. I feel I have won when my client has an excellent experience, has saved money and had their stress from dealing with a tricky situation eliminated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an accounting degree and MBA, and 30 years of experience in business. I have been running my own firm since 2002, so I know the challenges faced by small business owners. I am an Enrolled Agent (learn more at irs.gov), and take at least 24 hours of continuing education a year.
