Introduction: We offer personalized services. We don't send a crew out to do the job; we are the crew and the sales reps. We take pride in serving our neighbors. Our experience includes roofing new construction, multi million dollar custom homes, residential, tear off, metal, composition, and flat roof (TPO, EPDM). We also were selected to roof and remodel the Washington state govorner's cabin and roofed and remodeled some of the buildings at BYU-Idaho University.Total of 11 years experience. Working as private individuals allows us to pass the savings on to the homeowner rather than charging more for lisencing fees. We enjoy our freedom to compete in the roofing market and to stand out. We also enjoy using our hands to build something that lasts.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most common roof is asphalt. Our pricing below is for asphalt only, call for more information. 1 square is 100 square feet. 6/12-12/12 refers to the slope of your roof. $42/Sq for 6/12 and under. $52/Sq for 7-8/12. $62/Sq for 9-10/12. $72/Sq for 11-12/12. Add 10% profit and 10% burden expense for steeper slopes. We will visit your home and provide an estimate if all information isn't available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to provide a quote. We require half payment up front for materials and the remaining balance when the roofing is complete. We will then schedule an appointed time to complete the roofing.
