- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A lot of times I feel it is most honest to just charge an hourly rate and have the customer pay for supplies thereby giving them a chance to have input on cost of materials and not feel as if they are being taken advantage of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet them and discuss what they are wanting and provide options or suggestions that they may not have thought of and come to an agreement.
