What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you accept a quote we would pick colors, I can help or I can also utilize Sherwin Williams color consultant who can come out usually for free and help you pick colors. The morning of the job I would walk through and go over everything that’s included and have any changes made at that time. My painting crew would also be there with me. I would come everyday and project manage and bring paint and supplies to my painters. At the end we would do a walkthrough and make sure you have the guaranteed satisfaction I stand behind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I know a lot about the painting industry and this field from experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always been in sales and when the opportunity came to own this area with the franchise I took it.
