FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because electrical projects can vary, it's always best to get eyes on the project firsthand to ensure an accurate quote. There is typically a minimum service charge, but that includes a preliminary electrical home safety inspection, and can be rolled into the price of the total project. We pride ourselves on honesty, quality, and affordability. To say thank you for your service we offer 10% Discount for Veterans!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will call ahead to confirm your appointment, and let you know when we are on the way. We always show the utmost respect for your home. We aren't afraid to get dirty, but we just make sure to cover our boots before coming back in. After determining the scope of the work and agreeing on a price, we can often start right away or schedule at your convenience. There will be no hidden charges and we only do the work you want to do.
