- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing because I am not sure if there is an infestation or any problems that we can potentially run into. I will beat anybodies prices though guaranteed!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with new customers, after introduction and necessary steps are taken care of, would be to interview the customer on what they have been seeing, assess the situation, implement a strategy or recommend actions to be taken by the customer moving forward, then treat and monitor the situation intermittently over a period of time until complete pest elimination. After pest elimination I would take a preventative approach to make sure nothing tries to make its way back in, and if they do they will come into contact with my material and the process of pest elimination will not be interrupted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over three years of on job training between 2 reputable companies, I can discuss further if you have any questions about who. I also have my pesticide applicators license and worked in the mid-west for the first year and a half as a pest control technician and in Atlanta and the surrounding areas for the last year and a half I have treated with non-toxic materials as well so if you prefer an ecofriendly treatment I can accommodate.
