Introduction: I provide excellent and informative customer service. I have 14yrs of experience in the garage door service industry. My rates are fair and honest, as am I. I also offer 24hr emergency service. These days, garage doors for the most part have taken the place of the front door. Quite often I receive calls from customers who believe that it will cost a huge amount of money to fix their garage door. What I enjoy most is the satisfactory smile/look when a customer sees their door functioning properly, and they feel as though their money was well spent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a no fee diagnosis charge for all customers within a 20 mile radius of our main office. (Fayetteville , GA.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 plus years in the garage door service industry. Spent 9 yrs with the largest Overhead Door Company in Georgia and have been self-employed for more than 5yrs. My experience covers both the residential and commercial side of the industry.
