Indya Childs- Dance Instructor

Introduction: Indya Childs is devoted to promoting the arts and inspiring artists through the brilliance of dance. Childs earned her Bachelor of Arts in dance from Kennesaw State University where she was awarded the Outstanding Senior Award. Just one year after graduating, Childs landed a spot as one of “25 to Watch” in the 2015 issue of Dance Magazine. She received enthusiastic appraisal for her performances, stating that “every move pulses with a sense of purpose that’s unquestionably her own.” Indya was recently featured in "A Wish Come True" 2017 dance costume catalog as a dance model. Indya currently dances professional with two Atlanta dance companies. I started dancing at the tender age of 5 and have not stopped since. Dance is my first love and it continues to save my life each day. It gives me purpose and I receive so much joy sharing my love and passion with others. I am so thankful that I was introduced to dance. In return, I will continue to pour into the arts community to grow and inspire new artists.
