My yard looks wonderful and it was more than I expected. I am extremely pleased. I've been able to maintain cutting the grass but years of not edging left me with overgrown weeds in the walkway, flower beds, weeds in the driveway and along the sidewalk and curb. Mr. Jack and his son with Shalom Lawncare cut, edged, and cleared everything away. He asked me what areas needed the most work {most people do what they think you want} and his attention to detail in getting the work done clearly showed in my great looking yard. He also mowed the lawn and trimmed the hedges. His wonderful and pleasant customer service was an added bonus not only did he ASK & LISTEN to what I needed done, when we scheduled the appt he called me later on after they finished another job early and told me he could take care of my yard the same day. When I came home it was a drastic and welcome difference. After seeing how great the yard looked and having a good experience with talking with him I immediately told my sister and a coworker about him. I am a single parent of 2 and I can't afford to waste money. I am high on customer service and some service people only want 1st time money, they do just enough to get paid and they don't think about repeat customers or referrals. I didn't get that experience from Shalom Lawncare. Of the 3 quotes I received he was not the cheapest and also not the most expensive and when he responded in his quote he stated he could handle the detailed work I was looking for, that stood out to me because he paid attention, the other 2 just quotes prices.
I got top-notch lawncare service at an affordable and reasonable price and I will highly recommend and definitely use Shalom Lawncare Service again.
