Paul was awesome to work with. He came in to help cleanup a bad contractor's job and did an amazing job working on several projects for me. He's very smart and an incredibly nice guy. His attention to detail is rare and VERY much appreciated. I'd definitely use him again!

Paul responded on the same day I submitted the. He gave me a reasonable quote and made an appointment to come within the week. The repair required 4 visits due to drying sheet wall and painting. He was punctual each time and very professional. I will absolutely contact him for any future needs and recommend him to family and friends.

Trust me -- in this business you want to deal with someone as honest, as nice and as knowledgeable as Paul from BLR. I first had another handyman from here go check on a wall that was damp. The first guy completely misdiagnosed the issue and told me there was a problem with a window seal, which I knew couldn't be true because the seal was just fixed. The first guy wanted to open walls and maybe even take out a window. Sounded wrong and I contacted BLR Services. Paul came and found the problem right away. Was nothing like what the other guy said. Paul fixed it on the spot and at a reasonable price. I already have him working on another project. BLR stands for Building Lasting Relationships, Paul told me. After many bad experiences, I am over the moon that I found BLR Services. This WILL be a lasting relationship. Very highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects will be billed at a 2 hour minimum. I offer a 33% discount to veterans and active duty military, police officers, firefighters and senior citizens (+65) on my hourly rate. Deposits are collected on estimates to help with the purchase of materials. Larger projects are priced by the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always look at the project 1st in order to offer the customer an informed solid estimate. Once customer approves estimate and/or provides the required deposit and/or signs the estimate, I will begin the scheduling process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of working with other contractors and completing work on my home.
