- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a per job basis. We take all aspects of the project into consideration such as: Materials, labor, office assistance, time, travel, permitting if needed, etc. We offer 5% military and senior discounts. Our price is our price. We don't do surprises halfway through jobs, unless it's totally hidden or unforseen. This allows our clients to know what they are committing to for their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to have a conversation on the phone just to get a rough idea of what we're going to be tackling. At the end of the call we'll set up a convenient time for both the client and ourself to meet onsite. This time is for you, the client, to share your vision with us so we can put a plan and an estimate together that will allow us turn your vision into a reality in the most cost effective & time sensitive way! Once this step is complete, we sign the paperwork, get you scheduled, and we go to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully licensed NC General Contractor. I have built custom pre-sale homes for years in the Fayetteville area. I've been apart of hundreds of renovation projects over the last 20 years from single family homes to apartments, to restaurants, office buildings, and medical facilities.
