- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Equipment: $250. 5% of value ($250) - typical equipment rental is 15%. Audio - $150. 18" Subwoofer - $100 Lighting - $100. Music - Free Music Preparation. Labor: $400 (8 Hours). 4 hours setup and teardown ($50 Per Hour). 4 hours DJ/MC service ($50 Per Hour) - typical DJ/MC services is $75-100 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for working with a new customer consists of contacting them over the phone to get to know the clients, and figure out what they are looking for in their event. We would then set up a date to meet in person and talk about what venue they have chosen, size of the room to figure out uplighting, and how many guests will be attending to figure out what audio equipment we will be using. The most important thing we do with our clients is get to know them, and understand what they are really looking for in our services.

I have worked in the music industry for about 3 years, where I have worked as a DJ/keyboard technician(2 Years), audio technician(2 Years), lighting technician(1 Year), and wedding DJ/MC(2 Years).
