- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs are bid by hour or day. We usually need to visit project to give exact bids. Free estimates within traveling limits. Fee for outside Treasure Valley unless scheduled in the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit for estimate, agreed price, deposit on large jobs, payment terms are usually after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mark Fetters is a highly trained professional in the chemical, mechanical, and geological side of the restoration business. His career started in sales of products in the cleaning industry and migrated into the flooring, tile, and stone trade with many successful projects across the country and abroad. In 1997, he decided to start his own company which has been successful for 20 years. He has been trained by The National Training Center For Stone & Masonry Trades, many manufacturers, and has exclusive rights to his own product lines.
