FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no discounts or fees for services. I'm very thorough in my proposals. Some companies low ball the bid and ask for more money half way through the job. This is when the customer is most vulnerable and they generally agree to additional fees. It's hard to say no when you have a bobcat in your yard or your toilet is missing and your ceiling has no dry wall. I will tell you that my prices are never the lowest, but my craftsmanship is second to none. Confucius say "if it seems too cheap, it is"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally email a bid to establish budget. If the pricing is within the customers budget, I set up an on sight estimate, then provide a detailed proposal. Upon acceptance of the proposal, a small deposit is required and the job goes on the schedule. Jobs are then completed in the order the proposals were accepted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught by my family. You can't teach craftsmanship or work ethic. You either have it or you don't. I've had the same phone number and company name for 25 years. That's an endorsement few contractors can boast about. I'm the 4th generation of my family's business.
