FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a one size fits all system. Water has different issues depending on where you live. We can give you an idea of what a system would cost but it is best for us to test it to tell you exactly what you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet the customer at their home so I can test the water. I take about 15 to 20 minutes testing the water. I perform the following tests in front of the customer: Hardness test, chlorine test, ammonia test, pH test, total dissolved solids test, nitrate test (well water), sulfide test (well water) and iron test (well water). I write down the results of all tests so the customer has them to keep. We discuss their options. We look at where the water system will go. I explain our finance options. I ask if they have any questions. I leave. I believe simple, easy, informative and short is the best presentation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chemistry minor with a Pre-Med Major I'm a member of the Water Quality Association, Florida Ground Water Association, Rural Water Association and I take continuing ed classes through them to continually further my knowledge about this industry.
