Introduction: I became a massage therapist after becoming a yoga instructor. I began to fall in love with health and wellness and I believe that yoga and massage go hand in hand. Sometimes we get so busy and wrapped up with work we forget what it is like to feel good.
My philosophy is to balance the mind, body, and soul in order to prevent or rid ourselves of disease (dis-ease). Massage is one tool we can use to help maintain or find balance in the body and mind.
I love having the opportunity to help people relax and heal. I stay a massage therapist because it never gets boring. I meet new and interesting people everyday. There is an endless amount to learn about the human body and I truly believe that what I do makes a difference.
