- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on whether I am working with a new Buyer or new Seller. With Buyer's I would spend time learning their wants, needs, most desired areas of interest and what type purchase they are looking to make. Is it as a primary residence, a second/vacation home or investment property. We would also cover loan types and whether the Buyer is pre-qualified, if so for what amount or if they need referrals to some good local lenders. For new Sellers we would usually meet at the home they are interested in selling. I would present to them a prepared listing proposal which of course includes recent sales most similar to their home and potential list price. We would also discuss what their timeline and what the financial goal is for the property and if they are also Buying another home.

Sellers for Luxury Homes, Any/All Residential type listings, Distressed/Short Sales, Single Family, Townhouse, Condo, Manufactured homes and Investors. Second/vacation home Buyers, Investors, Golf Community Buyers, Luxury Homes, First time Buyers, Move up Buyers and any residential type purchase as stated above.
