- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Included in my pricing are 1) time spent getting to know you beforehand, to tailor our shoot to your interests and needs, 2) travel, 3) time spent setting up and shooting, 4) time spent editing and retouching, 5) time spent sizing and sending your images to you in 7 days or less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like getting to know people before I collaborate with them to create images that really tell their story and that they'll love for years to come. I find chatting together beforehand really helps to bring out the best images on photo shoot day.
