Groomer told us dog was "in no mood for grooming," and she significantly nicked dog's ear. Puppy cut was almost a total shave, not the usual Yorkie puppy cut. She did take us same day.

I'm sorry you feel this way. Had you expressed this to me personally, I would have been more than happy to make it right. The person who picked up the dog seemed pleased. I brought the ear nick to their attention, explained how it happened and apologized for it.

Great cuts good price. The dogs looked really great I had all 4 of my dogs done. It took a little longer then expected but it was worth the wait.
