Zach has given me a written estimate which the pricing was very reasonable. We agreed and followed the terms. He is almost done with the project on time despite some unexpected problems beyond his control. I am a home owner and will hire him for all my repair upgrade needs in the future. I highly recommend him.

Zach was a lifesaver when I needed one most! My original painter had made a huge mess and left without finishing or cleaning up the mess he made- I had a couple of people give me estimates and they were much too high for the budget I had left to work with. Zach not only worked with me on staying in my budget , he would use his own resources to try to help save money whenever he could. He went above and beyond a normal paint job by repairing and patching everything he felt needed attention and even relocated a light fixture to a new location on the ceiling.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i typically base it off of how many days i expect. materials . and when necessary danger or specialty tools needed. example: if im climbing a tree or using a 32' ladder. saftey gear alone is 200$ a 32' ladder is 450 my saws nail guns etc total thousanda of dollars. i use premium painting equipment. sometimes you get what you pay for and after one buys all necessary tools its probably not toi far from my pricing.
