- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Basic Smart Protect package includes up to 9 points of security protection (door/window sensors, smoke, CO, motion, flood, tilt) with a touch screen, z-wave hub of cellular two-way voice monitoring linked to Police, Fire, Ambulance. The Smart Control Package includes the same 9 points of Security plus two pieces of our Smart Home Automation Devices (indoor, outdoor, doorbell cameras, auto-deadbolt keypad, garage door opener, LifeLock, smart thermostat, and Local Cloud Hard drive) that communicate with the same touch screen, z-wave Sky Panel control hub and Emergency Service Departments. Our Smart Complete Package includes all 9 points of Security plus three pieces of Smart Home Automation and backed up locally on the Terabit local cloud hard-drive Space Monkey that is accessible from anywhere on the planet. All of our Smart Home Security Systems are accessible through your smart phone and coming March '2016 we launch an exclusive voice controlled capability through Amazon Echo and Google Nest Thermostat among other innovative products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As you as you decide to move forward, you may choose either a Virtual or In-Home Presentation at which point there will be no pressure to make a decision on the spot. I will educate you on our current promotions, products and services, the associated cost as well as the recurring monthly monitoring charge. When you're ready, we may have your new system installed at no cost at your convenience as early as that very day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed with the State of Texas as a Private Security Contractor as well as the TX Department of Public Safety in order to give our clients peace of mind because Security Sales is a position of Trust.
