- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is what you should know. I want this job. I can get materials for the best prices around and it's a fact. With that being said, every job is negotiable. If you find something you like or even fall in love with DON'T BUY YET. I'll match it and beat the price significantly. No matter if it's Luxury vinyl planks, linoleum, or my favorite carpet and padding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You'll call and we will schedule an appt. I'll arrive on time and we will talk over the job desired. I'll bring samples of some of the products that I either have or can get and we'll discuss pricing. Unless job is outrageously high, I will usually cover all materials and payment will come upon completion of the job. I will make sure that both parties are happy and 90% of the time I walk away with the job. I strive for customer satisfaction
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every bit of education and training has been taught by myself. I always listen and try to pick up something new every day that I can. I still learn diff things about work, people, and building relationships every day.
