- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to interview them to make sure I understand exactly what their expectations are, and frequently check in via phone or email to make sure we're both on the same page and meeting expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from USC with a journalism degree and have more than 25 years' experience as a senior-level communications director, working primarily for trade associations but also for a member of Congress and two state agencies. I am also one of just 3 percent of PR professionals nationwide to have earned the Accredited in Public Relations designation from the Public Relations Society of America.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Recent clients include an association of Realtors, a California business trade association, executives wanting to improve their resumes, and a business group wanting to get out in front of a potential PR problem.
