Among other modalities, Heather provides medical massage, which is what I need after the hit-and-run collision I experienced. She also does medical coding/billing which is a requirement for my insurance claim. Her communication is clear, thorough and calming. The massage itself, although not intended for relaxation (medical massage is a bit more "work"), I felt calmer, more relaxed and more mobile after the first session. I look forward to continuing to heal my body with Heather's help.

I went in with some pulled muscles in my lower back, and after the one hour session, the pain was greatly diminished. The next day, I nearly felt back to normal! Some fees differ based on service. Initial 1hr session, regular 1 hour is $85.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking a full assessment and making sure that I have all of the individuals needs in mind before starting is of my highest priority.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have well over 3200 hours of training in the Health and Wellness field. I am a licensed, certified and inured Therapeutic Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, IET Practitioner, Reiki Master and Shamanic Healer. I have worked in a hospice setting. I have work with special populations including Autism. I have PTSD experience. I continue constantly to further my education taking CE units to better equip me to meet the ever changing needs of my clients.
