Well we had a lot big choices to make when we saw all of the quotes come in through thumbtack. We had 4 different contractors come out but I felt the best after Jerod left the house. He was professional, well spoken, and let us know that he was all ears through out the design process. Our project was a big instsll and the crew was honestly the best we've seen in a long time. I by far would recommend this company to anyone who wants the best contractor but all around just good people.

I was initially very impressed by Oasis. Jerod came out and gave me an estimate for my whole fence in the backyard, and for removing grass, shrubs, and rosebushes. He originally told me that the project would take one week from start to finish. Then, on the day the project was supposed to be finished things started to go wrong. He told me after cutting the fence posts short enough for the lattice top I requested, that the lattice he gave me an estimate for was out of stock, and that it would cost me and additional$800. After that there were delays due to his personal family issues, missed delivery of the materials, and weather. I can't blame all of that on him, but the company's communication with me at that time was very poor. They claimed to have not received e-mails from me asking about the status, and also said that they sent me e-mails and texts that they never did. The project was finally finished two weeks after the date of completion listed on the contract.
After the job was finished, there were additional issues. My neighbors were unhappy about the amount of cement poured for the fence posts. Some were not filled level to the ground, and Jerod explained the reason was because the holes were dug six inches lower than standard. I don't see how that prevents the holes from collecting water, which will lead to eventual rot problems sooner than would normally be expected. I also had problems with lattice falling apart, boards falling off, and the gates breaking. I was extremely frustrated.
Today, Jerod came back to my house to fix the things that had gone bad. Overall I appreciate the amount of effort that he put into the work he did for me, but in the end I wasn't as satisfied with the project as I hoped I would be for the money I paid, and the patienceI gave him to deliver a quality product.
Maybe this was just a case of bad luck, and he did the absolute best he could (he absolutely seemed to be working very hard), but I wouldn't recommend Oasis to anyone who didn't just need a fast and simple patch job.
