- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary on whether the services are one-time or ongoing as well as the level of cuisine you are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customers and get to know about them, what their preferences are, any dietary restrictions, and what type of menu they are interested in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor degree in Culinary Management from the Art Institute of Charlotte where I graduated in June 2014 as the Outstanding Culinary Graduate of my class as well as winning the award for top Creative Showcase. I have competed in regional competitions and have worked in restaurants in Charlotte as well as the Grove Park Inn in Asheville.
