Shawn is the most concencious manI have met in 40 plus years of construction His Trenton to detail, ability to follow the plans and talent are unparalleled. Best concrete work I have seen in years. He met every milestone with flexibility and with ease. A Diamond as a person and a contractor. I would jump for joy to see his name on future projects.

Pretty good experience overall, but cleanup needs improvement. They left so much runoff concrete in one area of my grass that we will have to dig it up and reseed. The concrete work looks great and they fit our schedule

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I generally charge $6/ sqft on a 4" slab less than 5 yds. (1 yd= 8'x10'=80 sqft) I likewise charge $5/sqft on a 4" slab greater than 5 yds. These prices can change due to ease of access, amount of required grading, or necessity of pumping concrete.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a job site foreman for a custom pool builder for 7 years and became very skilled at concrete and grading as well as many other aspects of construction.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Portfolio speaks volumes, about anyone can pour concrete, but if you want high quality you should look at a contractors previous work.
