Introduction: I train clients with different goals and needs - whether it is to lose weight, body build, improve sport specific performance, alleviate physical injuries and/or health conditions. I train children, adolescents, pregnant, athletes, and mature populations. I'm also a Kickboxing, TRX, UXF and Kettlebells instructor, as well as a Cardiovascular, Nutrition & Fitness Specialist. In addition to helping my clients learn how to take better care of their physical health, my aim is to assist them in understanding how fitness improves their life's quality, including their psychological and emotional states.
Mostly, I enjoy helping my clients achieve their personal goals and perceiving how together we are changing their quality of life for the better, especially long term! :)
